Not the sketch comedy show - that's In Living Color....Living Colour brought the truth in so many ways. Truth 1. Their breakout single "Cult of Personality" was a cautionary tale warning listeners against falling prey to charismatic political leaders. Truth 2. Vernon Reid is the awesome - a guitar god, indeed. Reid shredded and stroked his guitar and demonstrated with every riff that this brother was a sonic force to behold. Truth 3. Lead singer Corey Glover is fine as hell. Ladies, two words: BODY GLOVE. Truth 4. Perhaps the most important truth of all, you don't have to be of a certain race to rock and rock well. If you forgot about Living Colour, here's a reminder.....(Thanks Heylad for the video!)
